lilyrose is perfectly located near the west cliff, making it a great base for exploring. the family room was comfortable, and the fluffy towels were a nice touch. the scratch card parking system is useful, but a clearer explanation would help first-timers. overall, it's a tidy hotel that's good value for the price.

would book again
The deluxe double room was nice. It had a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, and there were towels provided. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions. There was a kettle for tea and coffee. Just a warning, the stairs can be a bit much if you're on the upper floors!

Couple getaway worth considering
I really enjoyed the self service aspect and the room was just lovely, clean with a good shower/toilet en-suite. The location was fab, I mean it's close to the sea front, whale bones and the spa pavilion, everything you could want!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

Oh, the dining scene in Whitby is a culinary treasure trove! Harry's Lounge Bar & Brasserie served up a storm with fresh seafood that'll make your taste buds do a jig. We loved the local flavor at Madhatters Tearoom, too! the room had lovely decor and a kettle for cozy brews.
Our check-in felt a bit like a ghost town with no staff around. We also hit a snag with the wifi, and thought breakfast was part of the deal, so that was a letdown. Still, we found parking nearby, so it wasn’t all doom and gloom.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The moment I stepped into my room, I was captivated by the lovely decor that instantly made me feel at home. The large, fluffy towels and the delightful biscuits provided were a sweet touch to my stay. Not to mention, the self-service tea and coffee station made cozy evenings even cozier!

pleasant stay with minor key confusion
The room offered bright and dim lighting, ideal for relaxation after a long day. the under-bed storage was a great help given the limited floor space around the bed.
Key collection method was somewhat confusing.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We had a pleasant two-night stay. the room was spacious and clean, despite a few cosmetic issues. The location was perfect for exploring Whitby’s attractions. Breakfast at the nearby café was delicious, but clearer communication regarding meal arrangements is essential.

Perfect getaway spot!
This place is super close to the town center without the noise. The room was cozy and clean. They had loads of Yorkshire tea! One small hiccup was the bed felt a tad snug for my tall partner, but he managed. Oh, and the snack bar was a nice touch for late-night munchies.
